First of all, available data amount is limited but it is said that the amount is enough for per day use. Also, there is no extra charge such as operation fees or airport pickup fee. The data amount is almost same situation as JAL one. Network is mainly 4G but sometimes will be 3G depending on situation. You can return the wifi by delivery service inside Japan. In that case, delivery fee will be your own expense. Also, 500yen will be charged as pick-up fee.

Global Wifi provides 4G-LTE network which is faster than 4G so you will have more comfortable wifi situation. For pick-up & return, both at the airport and delivery are available. For both pick-up & return, you will be charged 500yen each and also if you return with delivery, the fee will be on your own expense.

Pupuru has instruction manual in English. Another option, which is 10GB limited pocket wifi is available and its only for 400yen. 400yen for 10GB is good deal if you use wifi just for SNSs not like downloading lots of movies. However, at least 1080yen round-trip delivery fee will be charged if you order and want to receive at the airport. Moreover, pick-up fee will be 800 yen plus the delivery fee.

In personal opinion, pupuru is the best for tourists since some languages are available for the manual and there are 2 options for amount of the data. 1000yen for unlimited data is good deal even if you pay more delivery fees and pick-up fees than other companies.
